 Harvey Dent aka Two Face

Portrayed by Billy Dee Williams in Tim Burton’s Batman (1989)

Although Harvey Dent did not start out as a black character or currently is black, he was depicted as black in the movie. I felt that this was note worthy seeing how we’re seeing this more and more (Jimmy Olson, Aquaman, Wally West, Nick Fury and many more)

Harvey Dent is the first character to be depicted as black in a movie.
